First lab

I was glad to hear the first lab can be the hardest because I felt really lost when doing it- but determined to get it done while I had help to clarify some things! When using this forum, does anybody know if I should check the first or third Option boxes (below). I don't know what a BBCode is or what it means to automatically parse URLs.
